David Thesing is President and co-founder of Bridgeway Learning Systems, Inc. Involved in the financial services industry since 1980, he specializes by helping sales   executives develop more productive teams and those who sell to achieve excellence through the development of personal leadership and ethical persuasion skills.

Dave's tireless pursuit for developing excellence and helping others to reach their full potential is what drives him to work with leaders and sellers so they can attract, serve and keep the ideal clients they need to experience profitable operations and personal fulfillment. 

Experience

Before incorporating Bridgeway Learning Systems in 2004 with its co-founder Ray Gullickson, Dave began his financial services career as a multi-line agent producing at the Million Dollar Round Table level. As a sales executive he earned numerous company and industry awards, including Master Agency Manager Award, and GAMA's Gold and Platinum Awards for agency building.

While serving as a field sales executive he recruited and trained 7 Rookies of the year, 6 different Minnesota Agents of the  Year, and 2 Company Production Leaders with a company of over 1500 representatives.

Education

In addition to his proven sales and management experience Dave holds a Masters Degree in the Science of Management.  His blend of experience and education enables him to understand and relate to the challenges and opportunities faced by everyone in the sales and advice channel from rookie producers to senior level executives.

Now as a consultant, trainer, and coach, Dave helps all sizes of organizations from Fortune 500 corporations to individual advisors develop and sharpen their leadership, team building and ethical persuasion skills so they achieve higher levels of financial success, fulfillment and fun.

Family Life

He enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially at their cabin.  He also enjoys travel, hunting, fishing, biking, and snowmobiling.  Dave and wife Kathy reside in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. They have 3 adult children and daughter-in-law.
